Ample on-site parking available. On peak wedding dates, call ahead and we'll arrange overflow parking nearby. Auto and cab drop-off is right at the entrance gate on Nelson Road.
How far in advance should I book?
Wedding season in Trichy (October–April, especially auspicious Tamil dates) fills 4–6 months out. If your astrologer has confirmed a date, book immediately. Off-season events can often be confirmed 2–3 months ahead.
What's the advance to lock the date?
30% of the total package locks your date — we hold it exclusively for you. Balance is due before the event. For families outside Trichy, UPI, NEFT, and wire transfer all accepted. We send an agreement and receipt by email or WhatsApp.
Can we use our own decorator?
Yes. Your decorator gets access from the evening before your event. Bring your own or we can refer 2–3 decorators in Trichy we've worked with before.
Can we do a multi-day programme?
Yes — two-day and three-day bookings for Tamil weddings (morning ceremony, afternoon feast, evening reception) are common. Call us and we'll structure a coordinated package.
Is there generator / power backup?
Full generator backup across the hall, stage lighting, kitchen, and AC. No unplanned power disruptions during events.
Can I bring my family caterer?
Absolutely. Outside caterers are welcome. Full commercial kitchen is available from morning. We can also connect you with our empanelled Tamil caterers if you prefer a known name.
